We are expanding our team in Australia and are currently seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships in South Australia.You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, partners, regional institutions, and professional networks to drive long-term business growth.
  • Expand the brand’s presence across assigned markets by identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration within the region.
  • Achieve regional sales targets while increasing client portfolio profitability and supporting sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that create mutual business value and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, evaluate regional trends, and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize sales potential and improve regional performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers, deliver presentations, strengthen partnerships, and promote products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align regional objectives, business strategies, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, opportunities, and market insights within the CRM system.

Minimum requirements

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in design, architecture, or building materials.
  • You're a self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You're adaptable, proactive, and excited by the challenge of developing a market.
  • You're proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license and are open to travel across South Australia.
