As part of our expansion in Central Spain, we are looking for an A&D Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on driving commercial growth and strengthening relationships within the Architecture & Design community, working closely with architects, designers, and developers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and key decision-makers in the commercial market.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand brand presence in Central Spain.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting Neolith’s strategic value and façade solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, introducing Neolith solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Requisitos mínimos

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the A&D or building materials sector.
  • Strong existing network of architects, interior designers, and specifiers in Spain.
  • Genuine passion for architecture, design, and high-end building materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
